To run the Jashn-e-Iqbal event, a structured leadership framework creates a clear hierarchy with well- defined roles and responsibilities. From high-level guidance to meticulous on-the-ground implementation. This Council of Patrons and Executives comprise esteemed individuals from various sectors, including sports, academia, business, showbiz and media, culture, corporate, government and other influencers, etc - serving as esteemed ambassadors for Jashn-e-Iqbal to support & ensure the success of the initiative. The internal stakeholders of this project are divided into three categories:-

At the pinnacle stands the Committee of Patrons comprised of highly respected figures who promote the project's mission and vision to the public acting as advocates of this cause. The Steering Committee are individuals who will offer strategic guidance and expertise across various sectors relevant to the project's goals. The Organizing Committee oversees the project's daily operations, ensuring efficient implementation of plans approved by the Steering Committee. Such as resource management, logistics. and communications, etc. Composed of individuals with specialized skills (project managers, social workers, educators). Acting as the central hub for operational matters to ensure the project runs smoothly.
